Aman El Profesor Tequila Anejo is made from 100% agave, bottled at 40% ABV.

The AMAN Tequila production process starts at the moment when the Blue Weber tequilana agave (the only raw material authorized for the production of Tequila) is “jimado”, that is, when the foliar part of the plant is cut to leave only its bases attached to the stem, which are called “pineapples”.
