Terrible Service

Not good. I paid $50 to ship $120 worth of liquor (4 bottles). It arrived after event. Called and told them their track shipment link wasn’t working - was told mid ship that I could return the 4 bottles because it was taking longer than they said . I didn’t have items shipped to me .. so wasn’t going to inconvenience someone else. No - I’m sorry - our shipping link doesn’t work- nothing. This company seems very disorganized and doesn’t seem to know their inventory and cannot tell you when your items will arrive - which you need to know bc you have to sign for them. Highly disappointed!
