El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches and is designed for high-end use in mixology.
El Silencio Mezcal Espadin aroma is subtle smoke, citrus, and earthy greens. For the taste slow-cooked agave, roasted figs & sweet potatoes. And for the finish charred stone fruit, earthy clay notes, and a hint of salinity and spice.
