Our current Rye Barrels have spent more than 8 years in charred new American oak barrels allowing the changing seasons to dictate their maturation. While no two barrels are alike you will find common threads including a pleasing nose, depth of flavour on the palate, and long, drawn out finish that begs you to take another sip.
