Old Carter Straight Bourbon Very Small Batch 2-CA 116.6 PF 750ml

 new project from co-creators of famous Kentucky Owl bourbon. This small batch blend has notes of crackling creme brulee, root beer and red hots, candied bacon, a smack of leather, a whiff of tobacco and then toasted hazelnuts at the very end.

The nose on this single barrel is big and rich with warm baking spice, buttery toffee, and crème caramel. The initial mouthfeel is medium-bodied and full-flavored with a laundry list of classic bourbon notes: creamy caramels, butterscotch candies, cinnamon sugar, clove, nutmeg, and toasted oak.
