Saint Cloud 7 Year Bourbon - Dark Gold coloured single barrel kentucky straight bourbon. This bourbon has a dried orange, cherry, popery, spice, custard, pine and caramel on the nose. On the palate, it boasts a hint of creamsicle all the way through. Candied caramel, orange cream, buttered toast and cinnamon creme brulee. A wonderful mouthfeel with a burst of flavors. The finish is long and pleasant. Saint Cloud is a relative newcomer to the world of whiskey that was founded by Ray Walker, a seasoned producer of Grand Cru wines in Burgundy, France.
