Sonoma Distilling Co. released a rare new treat! Rye whiskey with Genuine black truffles! This will be your new favorite rye whiskey! They added they put 4 POUNDS of black périgord truffles in a barrel of 100% rye whiskey and bottled it when it tasted right. Truffle flavor accents but doesn’t overpower the rye for a smooth, delicious, umami-laden take on cask-strength whiskey.
