Yuu Baal Anejo has a unique golden color, full body and aroma, with a distinguished taste of woods and dried fruits. It’s ideal for the the palate yearning to find a bouquet of lightly smoked woods. Much of its flavor comes from the 12 months that it spends aging in American White Oak barrels. This mezcal is made by Isaias Martinez Juan in San Juan del Rio.
