McQueen And The Violet Fog Gin - McQueen And The Violet Fog Gin is made in the beautiful mountains of Jundiaí in Brazil. 21 different botanicals can be found in the tasty juniper spirit, some of which you probably haven't heard much about yet. This Gin is distilled in the Copper Pot Still which is only limited to 500 litres per batch. Initially, 15 plant substances are macerated in a neutral sugar cane spirit to extract flavour compounds and essential oils. Subsequently, six further characteristic plant compounds are infused into the gin by the process of steam infusion via a copper basket.
