Bacardi 151 Rum

Bacardi 151 Rum gets its name for its proof level of 151. At 75.5% alcohol by volume, that’s nearly double the level of typical rum,  and due to the rum’s flammable nature, it is used to make flaming drinks like the B-52 and Caribou Lou.
