Havana Club Rum Anejo Blanco - Havana Club Rum Anejo Blanco is distilled and aged in Puerto Rico under the Caribbean sun for 1 year in oak barrels. The aged rums are then blended together and aged for a second period in oak barrels for at least 2 months. The result, a medium-bodied aged white rum with notes and hints of pineapple, banana, vanilla and oak.

2oz of Havana Club Anejo Blanco
10-12 fresh mint leaves
2-3 Tbs sugar or 1oz mint simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 a large lime or one whole small lime
Muddle fresh mint and sugar in a pint glass or a highball, squeeze in the juice of the lime, combine with the 2ozs of Havana Club and stir to dissolve the sugar. Once sugar is dissolved top with club soda
