WhistlePig Boss Hog V  – The Spirit of Mauve – is a 13-year-old straight rye whiskey that has been finished in Calvados Casks in honor of the celebrity pet pig, Mauve’s undying love of apples.

The nose opens with gentle, warming mulled cider, with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, candied ginger and a touch of tobacco. The palate brings flavors of maple syrup and pears, with a bitter, dark chocolate edge.
