Once a year, Garrison Brothers release one of the most highly-coveted bourbon whiskeys in America: Cowboy Bourbon®. Unlike the Small Batch, Cowboy comes from Dan and Donnis’ favorite barrels.
They set aside these barrels for a couple of years for further maturation, then bottle them at cask strength and uncut them. It’s the ultimate ambrosia.
It takes a special barrel to create a bourbon so sweet, its proof is overpowered. This ain’t the case with Cowboy Bourbon as it's made in Texas heat – a place known for its high temperatures.
