Shipping was terrible

I emailed them twice about when my package would ship. No response. The package shipped a week late due to delays (no one told me). Because of the delays, my recipient was out of town for the three days they tried to deliver it. I had to pay to re-ship it. I complained and they did not acknowledge the inconvenience. Will not buy from here again.

Awful experience - overpriced and poor communication

Ordered a birthday gift (bottle of bourbon), paid for gift wrapping, card and $35 for shipping. Took 4 days to fulfill the order (sent several messages without a response). Bourbon was shipped and indicated 6 days until delivered. So paid a premium only to get it 5 days after the birthday. Not sure, but have never paid $35 for shipping for it to take 6 days - especially something as small as a bottle of bourbon. Save your money, buy the bourbon and send overnight via FedEx and save a few bucks and a bunch of headache and frustration.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping was horrible. It was pink with dots for a male friend of mine who drinks high-end whiskey. How do you think that would look giving that to a dude. You guys should have chosen a different color… Not pink! I ultimately had to unwrap it and re-wrap it wasting my $30. Not happy.

Pink?

Terrible. They sent the bourbon in pink polka dot wrapping paper. Getting a quote for the opening of a bar. Thought it might be engraved but it's a cheap little computer generated card. I can't give this to anyone. Don't pay extra for this "extra."
