Aged 12 years, this American whiskey has notes of maple, vanilla, and ripe apple. The spirit is made with a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% barley and was distilled to 189 proof then barreled at 140 proof before being bottled at 92 proof. The whiskey was aged in second-fill barrels.
The palate is sweet and oily in texture, with a nice warming ginger note. The mouthfeel is creamy and polished, as vanilla and marshmallow carry through the finish with only a gentle impression of wood. Made from 99% corn and 1% barley and aged in used casks.

I’m a fairly light drinker enjoying quality over quantity. I enjoyed the first glass but once my pallet settled down, it got better and better. This is going to be one of my favorite drinks.
