It is then bottled in the brand's patented In-Bottle Finishing technique. This spire, is made of American Oak, which contains hundreds of naturally botanicals, ranging from butterscotch to vanilla to toasted marshmallows. Heat and fire alone are used to char these spires. The intense heat coming from the fire caramelizes the wood, producing a charcoal filter and finishing agent for this spirit.
