Sonoma Distilling Company Cherrywood Smoked Bourbon is made from a majority of locally grown California grain, the 13% of malted barley in the mash here is smoked with local cherrywood by the distiller prior to distillation. The smoke is laced through the spirit and proves a perfect foil for the rich flavors of maraschino cherries, vanilla and caramel coated candy apple. This is a seasonal Distiller's Edition release from the brand.
