DESCRIPTION

Aged for 6 years in the barrel, this 101 proof bourbon has a kick. The nose sets out to deceive with just a hint of oak and sweetness. The 'proof' comes in the tasting! A long luscious toasted spicy extravaganza.

NOSE: Big and peppery to start, with rye and caraway seed following. Toffee sweetness sits at the back.

PALATE: Intense and layered, with waves of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, hazelnuts and mint.

FINISH: Long and spicy.

Wild Turkey never disappoints. For the money it is one of my favorites. I always keep some on hand. All around great whiskey.
