Willet Family Estate Bottled Bourbon is a very unusual whiskey in many regards. The Bourbon label exists for the sole purpose of family's Private Barrel Selection program, and is the only label of its kind in existence. It is an un-chilled, filtered, barrel proof, straight Bourbon Whiskey of unusual depth and complexity.
This very Bourbon was matured for seven years in the white oak barrel No. 5357. A wonderful collectible with a lovely flavor profile.
